Taylor Maitland

Taylor Maitland maintains a broad practice in all areas of employment law, providing advice and representation to both employees and employers on issues including dismissals, human rights, employment agreements and workplace policies, and employment standards disputes. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Taylor provides clear, strategic advice to help clients navigate workplace challenges proactively and effectively. She works closely with individuals and organizations to assess risk, resolve disputes, and support fair, legally compliant workplaces. Taylor brings a practical, solutions focused approach to every matter, with a consistent aim of protecting her clients’ interests and achieving efficient, effective outcomes.

Taylor received her Juris Doctor from Western University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. Before joining her current practice, she articled at a national full service law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in employment law and advocacy.
